Cookie Policy

Last Updated: 2026-08-13

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, recognize you when you return, and provide important functionality.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) to improve your experience with OmniOps.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

2.1 Necessary Cookies

Always Active

These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be disabled.

2.2 Functional Cookies

Set By Your Own Choices

These cookies remember preferences you set yourself inside the app — your theme, your language, whether the sidebar is open. Each one is written as the direct result of you changing that setting, and none of them are used for tracking, analytics or advertising. You can clear them at any time through your browser (section 3.2).

2.3 Analytics and Advertising Cookies

Not Used

OmniOps does not currently set any analytics or advertising cookies. We load no third-party analytics or advertising tags — no Google Analytics, no Google Ads, no Facebook Pixel — so the only cookies placed by this application are the necessary and functional ones listed above.

If that changes, we will update this policy and introduce a consent control before any such cookie is set.

3. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can control and manage cookies in several ways:

3.1 Cookie Banner

OmniOps does not show a cookie banner, because there is nothing for one to ask you about: every cookie we set is necessary or functional, as listed in section 2, and none of them are used for analytics, advertising or profiling. Consent banners exist to gate non-essential cookies, and we set none.

Should we ever introduce analytics or advertising cookies, we will ship a consent control at the same time and update this policy before those cookies are set.

3.2 Browser Settings

Most browsers allow you to:

  • View and delete cookies
  • Block third-party cookies
  • Block cookies from specific websites
  • Block all cookies
  • Clear cookies when you close your browser

Note: Blocking all cookies may prevent some features of OmniOps from working properly.

4. Third-Party Cookies

One third-party service places cookies on our pages:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and fraud prevention, loaded on the pages where you enter or collect card details (privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy)

We do not control Stripe's cookies. Please review their privacy policy for more information.

5. Do Not Track

We set no analytics or marketing cookies for a Do Not Track (DNT) signal to suppress. If we introduce any, we will honour DNT and say so here.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.
